When you apply to participate, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, contact details, and application answers. Basic technical information (such as browser type) may also be collected automatically for security and site-operation purposes.

How information is used

Information collected is used to process applications, communicate with applicants and participants, organize the conference (including scheduling and logistics), and improve this site. It is not sold to third parties.

Sharing

Information may be shared with the COY21 organizing team and, where necessary for running the conference, with partner organizations directly involved in logistics, always limited to what is needed for that purpose.
